Appointments & Online Booking
Appointments may be requested through our website, Meevo online booking platform, or by contacting the salon directly.
All appointments are subject to stylist availability and service requirements. Certain services, including extensions, corrective color, and major transformations, may require a consultation before scheduling.
A valid payment card is required on file to secure appointments. Additional deposits or service-specific agreements may apply and will be communicated when applicable.
2. Cancellation, No Show, & Late Arrival Policies
We ask that clients provide at least 24 hours' notice when canceling or rescheduling an appointment.
Late cancellations: Appointments canceled within 24 hours may incur a charge of 50% of the scheduled service total.
No-shows: Missed appointments without notice may incur a charge of 100% of the scheduled service total.
Late arrivals: Arriving late may require adjustments to the scheduled service or rescheduling. Applicable fees may still apply.
Clients acknowledge the applicable booking policies when submitting an appointment through our online booking system.
