How do I book an appointment?

The fastest way is through our Meevo booking system, available 24/7. We have our online booking or a client app you may use. You can also call the salon during business hours. For complex services like extensions or major color changes, we recommend starting with a consultation so we can create a custom plan for you.

Yes. All appointments require a valid card on file to secure your booking. Your card is only charged in the event of a late cancellation or no-show (see our cancellation policy below).

What’s your cancellation policy? 

We kindly ask for at least 24 hours’ notice if you need to cancel or reschedule. Late cancellations (within 24 hours) may be subject to a 50% charge of the scheduled service(s). Missed appointments or no-shows may be subject to a 100% charge of the scheduled service(s). 


Do you take walk-ins? 

We welcome walk-ins when possible, but availability is limited. Booking ahead ensures you get your preferred stylist and time.

How should I prepare for my appointment? 

Please arrive with clean, dry hair for color consultations and extension consultations. If you’re coming for a haircut or color service, bring any inspiration photos you love — we’ll use them to guide your personalized look. 


What brands and products do you use? 

We use Oligo and Pulp Riot for hair color. Our retail luxury care comes from Kérastase, Davines, STMNT, & Depot. We also carry our own house brand for men’s grooming, Rough Luxury by Buffalo Larry. Every product we carry is chosen for performance, quality, and respect for your hair’s health.

Can I bring my kids or friends to my appointment? 

To maintain a calm, focused atmosphere, we ask that only clients receiving services remain in the salon. Children are welcome only if they have an appointment.


Do you do corrective color? 

Yes, but it’s tends to be a multi-step process. We require a color consultation before booking so we can create a plan that achieves your goal without compromising hair health. 


Do you offer gift cards? 

Yes — digital and physical gift cards are available for any service or retail purchase.
